Tasting Notes
Three different Grenache clones come in separately in small batches, ferment naturally with punch downs, then go to the basket press and spend ten months in seasoned French oak. What comes out is properly aromatic, dark cherry and raspberry with an orange lift and a good waft of fynbos over the top. The tannin is round and chalky and the finish just keeps going. - Pete L
