Tasting Notes
Anuka uses Tsitska off old vines at Rupoti in Terjola together with a fifth of Tsolikouri grown over in Lechkhumi, so it crosses two regions rather than sitting in one. Direct pressed, wild fermented and raised in old barrels. Pear and almond with a floral lift, rich and fresh at once, with a mineral streak off the limestone. - Pete L
