Exceptional Semillon from McLaren Vale producer Cooper Davis-Draper of Oria Riff. Medium bodied yet dense in both fruit flavour and savoury minerality. Very textural and long, this is so enjoyable. Give me some oysters! - Chris L
Cooper Davis-Draper is a small, grassroots winemaker based out of McLaren Vale. He is focusing on thoughtful, organic farming and transparent winemaking. It's only early days for Cooper, but these wines are already making waves in the Australian wine scene among restauranteurs and wine nerds.
