Tasting Notes
This new white Vermouth takes Lillet Blanc as its muse. Bryan Martin is well known in the wine trade for crafting some of the country's most engaging Viognier--the white grape star of France's Northern Rhône--so it's no surprise he chose this as the grape hero. Dialing up the Viognier's stone fruit profile, Martin uses fresh and dried peach, blood orange and fresh lemon and lime, alongside bittering agents like fresh and dried wormwood and gentian root. The result is a fragrant and refreshing Australian Vermouth whose slightly bitter and sweet citrus profile works beautifully in a Vermouth and Tonic or a Vesper martini. - Distributor Note
