Made from 100% Sorbara grapes that produce lighter, more fragrant and dry Rose styles of sparkling in Emilia Romagna. It has a complex and intense bouquet of red berries, wild strawberries and black cherries. Dry with refreshing acidity, perfect with or without food, but we like it with a mean plate of charcuterie. - Chris L
