A tasty drinker from Emilia Romagna with enough soul (red fruits and chalky tannin) to make this Sangiovese better value than many at the price. Some initial sense of older oak, then raspberry type fruit and fine chalky tannin. Night 2 gave an even more enhanced savoury fruit blend. 13% alc. - Michael L
