Tasting Notes
Still dry in style but developing a bit of mid-palate richness (not unlike the Crawford River Rieslings) from some lees contact during the process. Lime and grapefruit characters are evident with a palate that is textural, dry, with a fantastic Riesling backbone. Up there with the best Rieslings in Australia and I'd love to see how this wine develops over the next decade or so. - Chris L
