Tasting Notes
This is heaps of fun, a carbonic Cabernet Franc fermented in concrete that drinks like a Loire answer to Beaujolais. It's organically and biodynamically grown and hand-picked, all bright and bouncy with cherry, cassis and raspberry fruit and a lovely savoury, herbal edge underneath. Fresh, juicy and light on its feet, this is proper glou glou stuff, the sort of bottle you chill down and get through without even thinking about it. - Pete L
