Tasting Notes
The 2019 is a blend of Chardonnay planted on the southern slope at the Bull Swamp Vineyard. Whole cluster pressed to a new 2000L oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic taking place immediately post primary fermentation. The wine shows plush stone fruit, a rich structure and a savoury persistence, high acid and defined texture. - Patrick Sullivan
Born of the many rural regions of Victoria, Patrick had a nomadic childhood. His first vinous whiff probably came whilst climbing the Cambrian hills north of central victoria on a farm his family once owned. All grown up and married to the beautiful Megan, they live and make wine on their own farm in the Strezleki ranges, Gippsland, Australia. The wines are inspired by emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place. - Winery Note
