Tasting Notes
A very Patrick Sullivan styled wine from a not so Patrick Sullivan region as instead of Gippsland in Victoria he is purchasing fruit from the Limestone Coast in South Australia. His touch is still very evident with hints of grilled nuts, ripe stonefruits in a fine boned elegant package. Really smart drinking. - Pete L
Born of the many rural regions of Victoria, Patrick had a nomadic childhood. His first vinous whiff probably came whilst climbing the Cambrian hills north of central victoria on a farm his family once owned. All grown up and married to the beautiful Megan, they live and make wine on their own farm in the Strezleki ranges, Gippsland, Australia. The wines are inspired by emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place. - Winery Note
