Tasting Notes
Aÿ is about as good as it gets for Pinot Noir in Champagne, and this is a blanc de noirs grown right there. Paul Gosset only released his first wines in 2020, working alongside his father Michel, who took the family estate on back in the early eighties, across just 3.5 hectares farmed sustainably. Chalk, red apple and cherry blossom with brioche behind, structured but handled lightly. - Pete L
