Tasting Notes
Now this is something different. A few expats living in China decided they were sick of the gin selection on offer there and set up their own distillery. To keep it local they added botanicals like sichuan pepper, lotus and buddhas hand citrus. For me the sichuan pepper add so much to the gin and really makes it stand out from the pack. - Pete L
