Tasting Notes
Made from Gamay and Plousard, this sparkling ruby coloured wine is absolutely delicious. It comes from the mountainous slopes of Bugey which brings balancing acidity to the slightly sweet wine. Brilliant as an aperitif or matched with an appropriate dessert, think berry flan or pie. - Chris L
