Tasting Notes
Beautiful fresh white from Sicily. Lemon and fresh Pear jump out on smell and taste. Add a fine chalky texture. Grape is Grecanico (you may know it as Garganega, often in Soave). It's biodynamic in the vineyard with minimal intervention in the winery. 12.5% alc. Blended beautifully with the oily texture in grilled salmon. - Michael L
