Tasting Notes
Another intense wine from Pietramore. This time it's their 100% Pecorino from Abruzzo. Almost golden in coulour the nose is intensely floral and ripe fruited. The palate brings these flavours with it as well as layer upon layer of unctious texture and honey like characters. A backbone of minerality and acitidy retain this wines freshness, but it is quite the mouthful. Organic and vegan friendly. - Chris L
A location full of charm, history and life experience. The best territory in the Abruzzo region tells a story of wine and passion that cross the hills of the provinces of Chieti, Teramo, Pescara. Our Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Cerasuolo wines are produced using biodynamic methods that allow the vines to reach a maturity that is deeply connected with the earth, the climate of the year and the plant variety. The complexity of aromas, the bouquet and the taste of each individual wine are the expression of a territorial uniqueness creating an unrepeatable product, different from one year to the next. The result in the bottle is a personal character for a typical and distinctive tasting experience. - Importer Note
