Tasting Notes
This is an excellent testament to the potential well-farmed Rhone varieties grown in Australia. Full and rich without feeling too heavy, waxy and luscious in the mouth. The nose shows white peach, apricot, nectarine, beeswax and golden flowers. There’s still an essence of freshness too despite the full body. Would be perfect with pork or rich fish. - Aaron C,
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
