We steep fresh strawberries, young ginger, and hibiscus flowers in our Sydney Dry Gin - imparting a rich red hue and fresh complexity. After making gin on their kitchen table, Griffin and Jesse decided to bite the bullet, and after throwing in all their savings and launching a hugely successful online funding campaign, they were able to purchase their copper still, Jane. With the help of one of Australia's most experienced gin distillers, Marcel Thompson, Poor Toms was born!
