Possa hails from the magnicent slopes of the Cinque Terra in Liguria, Italy. The Er Giancu is a white wine made from organically farmed Bosco and Albarola grapes, which are native varieties to the region. The grapes are macerated on skins for a short period of time and all processes in the cellar are undertaken naturally. A truely remarkable wine that is both rare and unkown. - Chris L
