Tasting Notes
A lighter skin contact wine made from Viognier. It's got a wild side but perhaps that's because of the people who created it! Elliot and Jackie Paradoxa are behind this very progressive wine label. They source fruit only from their own vineyard which they run organically with the assistance of biodynamic practices... but they take it one step further too - they don't use any copper or sulfur in their vineyard sprays (both compunds allowed in organics) and no additions at all in the winery. A very interesting orange wine worth exploring. One to watch. - Chris L
