Great value. High quality. An obscure sparkling made from Pinot Blanc and Riesling in the Alsace region of France. Don't be fooled by the odd varieties, this is as good as any sparkling wine from around the world. At this price it's difficult to find a dry sparkling with a fine yet mouthfilling bead, but Estivac has nailed it. - Chris L
