Tasting Notes
Lots of hype around this up and coming producer. We were lucky enough to get in some of this Chardonnay and look forward to getting a chance to stock his other wines in the future. This is a textured and rich example of cool climate Tassie Chardonnay. Very hands on in the vineyard and meticulously cared for in the winery. This wine needs air and a bit of warmth to show itself so don't chill it down too much. - Pete L
