Tasting Notes
Lovely grower Champagne! A single vintage all from the 2018 harvest, off two lieux dits on clay and limestone and split evenly between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, then given a proper 42 months ageing before release. Fermented simply in enamel tanks and finished bone dry as an Extra Brut, so there's real clarity to it. 2018 was a generous year and it shows, Chardonnay bringing the freshness and salinity, Pinot the richness; everything coming together complete and beautifully balanced. Grown-up fizz that tastes of where it's from. - Pete L
