Tasting Notes
The Estate Riesling comes from Brian Martin's home vineyard. It is more serious and intense than the standard Riesling as you'd come to expect. A lovely line of acidity among the more concentrated white peach and citrus characters. Minerality is fine and a great addition to the already present texture. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
