Tasting Notes
Dark berries, spice, game - it's all there in spades. The palate is pure velvet with primary juiciness up front, an emerging savoury meatiness through the mid palate, and leading to a wonderful spice-laden finish. Every year this is a good example of cool-climate Shiraz. Don't miss it. - Felix G
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
