A blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Roussane. The grapes are sourced from a single plot called 'les claux " from Raymond's Bio-dynamically farmed vineyard. Mouth filling and textural. Pear, yellow apple, rockmelon skin and lemon pith. Perfect food wine, pair with white fleshy fish, pork or chicken. - Gaby F
