Tasting Notes
Cabernet Franc from the unique terroir of St Andrews in the Yarra Valley. Here the soils are leaner and the elevation is higher than a lot of the Yarra Valley, and as a result the wines are a little more tensile yet delicate. This Cabernet Franc is definitely that, it's light in body and fragrant, with a spiciness brought about by whole bunch fermentation. Fine. - Chris L
