Tasting Notes
A relaxed, fragrant Pinot Noir from old vines in Rosevears in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, first planted in 1978. Dry grown fruit from this elevated site brings plenty of flavour and natural balance, showing plum, ripe berries and a subtle savoury edge. Hand picked, gently fermented with extended skin contact, then aged for six months in French oak. Silky, juicy and easy to enjoy with food or good company. - Aaron C
