Tasting Notes
We have enjoyed Teroldego's that fit the 'light red " mould; but this has a bit more - more body, more dark fruited, spicy notes and a little extra time relaxing on (older) oak. Chalky tannin and acid support for the quality fruit. 13.5% alc. Medium bodied red with good lift and balance. I really enjoyed that bit extra. Food - we enjoyed with pan fried lamb in a quince sauce. - Michael L
