More Semillon like this please! This for me has all the fruit I enjoy from classic Hunter Valley Semillon but Dave is able to coax so much more texture and weight from the variety by working the skins and boosting the lees contact. It's still got all those layers of citrus but there's a savoury almost green herbal character to the wine and the mouthfeel and wine is much more interesting than most Semillon. - Pete L
