Saison Marigold Vin Amaro is a handcrafted Australian amaro that captures the essence of summer. This unique liqueur is infused with a blend of marigold flowers, Venus apricots, cumquat, caramelised blood orange, and oregano, creating a bright and floral profile that transitions into citrus notes and finishes with a deep, pleasant bitterness.
The base is a skin-contact Fiano wine, sweetened with local unprocessed honey and bittered with gentian root. Aged for nine months in old French oak barrels, it develops a complex character.
