Tasting Notes
Grown in the delicate soils of Sellicks Hill, this one was given an extended time on skins to soften the tannins, resulting in a medium bodied wine of savoury red berry fruit. Expect wild strawberry and fig, a lick of dried herbs and a signature fresh acidity, with moderate, gentle tannins that make it a natural at the table and the kind of bottle made to be shared with friends and family. - Aaron C
