The pride of Turin! Quite a rare and special Amaro. The Amaro was created by Dr Aldo Fechino, who took over the San Simone Antica Officina Farmaceutica in the 1950s and found an elixir recipe that the monks in the local region had used. With these two worlds coming together, San Simone Amaro was born and continues to be a household and bar-hold name in Turin. - Chris L
