Tasting Notes
What we're seeing is a whole lot of "salmon-coloured" rose that's bland and uninteresting. This is anything but that! Sanglier's barrel fermented and minimally intervened Rose is flaoursome and tasty but what really won us over is the dry, textural and savoury finish. Just the way Aussie Rose should be. Fun, yet interesting. - Chris L
