Tasting Notes
Inspired by the Pinot Noirs of Germany, this easy-drinking light-bodied red is made for early consumption with a light chill on it in the warmer months. Stawberry, plums and cherries in their bright and expressive selves. It's delicious but will also benefit from a decant regardless of whether you're drinking it with a slight chill or not. A serious chilled wine?? Is there such a thing?? - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
