Tasting Notes
I've got a few years experience with this wine and this is definitely as good as I have seen it. Fleshy pear, mandarin oil, citrus pith with chew and tannin. It's got this remarkable aperol/campari character to the wine that balances fruit and herbal bitterness that makes the wine for me. Worlds apart from their Rose which shares the same colour. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
