Tasting Notes
Tessa and Jeremy have nailed this wine. Deep layered red fruits backed up by florals and savoury earthy notes. They've been able to coax the right amount of tannin out from the fruit coming off their Thorley Vineyard making this one of the more exciting Australian Nebbiolo's I've tried to date. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
