Stelvin. ABV 14%. Notes of undergrowth, bramble, mushroom and spices moving into bright cherry pip and subtle oak. The palate has focused dark cherry fruit up front building to more earth and spice. Late anise, darker fruit and mushroom notes to finish. An intense wine of great length and complexity. - Winery Note
