Tasting Notes
Flinty, Lime, delicate Fennel. A fine structure and drive to the palate. Linear whilist showing nice fruit carry all the way through. Very chalky structure, coupling well with the oak drive. More mid-to-back fruit presence in comparison to her sister from Beechworth. Well balanced in its youth, but will go a decade without blinking. Winery Note.
