Tasting Notes
The nose here is really inviting - light caramel notes, buttered toast, honey notes. No doubt oxidative handling has played a part in the winemaking. The palate is refreshingly crisp and dry, with a taut acidity giving tension and focus. A wine that needs food to shine. - Felix G
