Tasting Notes
"Chardonnay and semillon seem to be easy bedfellows, particularly for early complexity for ready consumption and interest. Semillon is fermented in concrete eggs and hand-harvested from the Si home block, chardonnay from a vineyard managed by Iwo and Sarah of Si. Spicy kind of intro to this wine ‚– gets you worked up for the hit of lemony, green apple-driven flavours that follow. Very crispy in texture with a kind of wild, loose-knit feel. So refreshing, more so for that brisk, saline tang that follows. Whip that palate clean. Zing, crunch. Super." Mike Bennie 09/10/14 - www.winefront.com.au
