Sigurds red's all tend to lean towards the lighter side of things, no matter the variety used and this is no different. This is light, juicy yet detailed with a whole spectrum of ripe and under ripe red fruits and berries finding that balance between tart and fruit sweetness which keeps it all very fresh.
