Tasting Notes
If I had to pick a Sigurd favourite I think this would have to be it. So many 'natural' wines these days under-deliver on value, but not his one. Classically Chenin in its aromatic nature of white flowers and fresh honey with a mineral drive that is persistent throughout the palate. Stunningly delicious. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
