Tasting Notes
Such a cool wine. It's more the style of Riesling I like as it's got more texture, power and mouthfeel than the classic Riesling's that are more zippy, zesty, higher acid linear styles. This spends time in old oak and on it's lees so adding an extra bit of oomph to the wine. It's still dry and definitely an acid driven white but there's these extra layers of detail that for me add character to the wine. - Pete L
