Tasting Notes
Here's a fun wine! A blend of all sorts of white grapes - Semillon, Riesling, Viognier, Vermentino, Gewurztraminer... you get the point. Short-term skin contact and oxidative handling in the winery make for a full flavoured, textural and zippy white from the Barossa. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
