Tasting Notes
The Sijnn Low Profile is a blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Touriga Nacional, Grenache and a variety called Trincadeira from area in the Western Cape of South Africa called Malgas. It's mid weight and rather juicy with enough tannin to give a very approachable feel without being too structured. The fruits are darker in profile heading towards blueberry, blackberry and ripe plums with hints of savoury spice. - Pete L
