Expect dark fruits, spice and chalky tannins to remain powerful over time. Delicious savoury style of Bourgogne level pinot with a long life ahead, makes this good value. - Michael L

Half the vineyard was planted in 1971 and the other half in 1974. Surface Area: 2,20 hectares (5.43 acres). The vineyard is located on the hillside overhanging the village of Savigny. The soil, full of rocks, produces a very full red wine, quite firm and with a good aging potential. - Winery Note
