Tasting Notes
A field blend of Semillon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling from an unirrigated vineyard. Pale straw with platinum highlights. All the varieties at work here with a complex nose of fruit characters – lime, lemon, apple and peach – with a hint of florals for extra freshness and lift. The palate is a juicy little fruit salad too but its the lemon and lime citrus that strikes out first thanks to the juicy vein of acidity, later softening and sweetening more towards pineapple and orange juice. A delicious everyday white blend to knock back cold as you like. - Distributor Note.
