Tasting Notes
Our 7th pet nat made from scratch using grapes from our unknown vine x variety. Aiming for a gentle fizz so not too petillant. Arguably the simplest way to make a zero added SO2 wine pet nats are becoming a style unto themselves. Reminds me of vintage with the tickle on the tongue of freshly fermented wine. One of the few wines in our line up where food is optional. - Winery Note
