
Tasting Notes
40% Syrah, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meuniere all destemmed, separate ferments. No pumping over, just occasional hand plunging. The meunière and Pinot were both pretty ripe so that’s where the plushness comes from and the Syrah brings the structure and savoury elements. In my opinion Pinot/Syrah is a really good blend for places like Tas. - Winemaker Note
