Tasting Notes
A beautifully elegant Cabernet blend from cult wine producers Sorrenberg in Beechworth. There's always a great purity to these wines, unadulterated by artifact or a heavy hand. It sits wonderfully in the glass showing an array of red and black fruits laced with a some leafy undertones. the palate is medium bodied, fresh and full of red and black berry goodness with herbal nuances and a fine skinsy tannin. It will age well for up to 20 years, maybe more. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
